I do not believe people without proper training should be allowed to have wild animals. Wild animals have unique requirements (special food, medical attenton, time, finances etc.) unlike domesticated animals (dogs/cats). If you can not meet the requirements you are putting your life, other peoples' lives, and the animals life in jeopardy.
I agree with king richards reply too, but to add on I would suggest they go through a training seminar. Bambam which ones? Good points carlos. Songz and shania who is going monitor if they are taking care of them?
I think that it should not be allowed for people to keep certain species in their houses.
